Ringside lighting, walk-on production, PA and screens - fight nights built and run end to end.
Fight nights are a harder production job than they look. The lighting has to serve three audiences at once - the crowd in the room, the people at the back, and the cameras - while leaving the ring itself properly lit. The sound has to carry walk-on music and ring announcements over a room that is already loud. And every cue has to land on time, because a walk-on that starts late is visible to everyone.
MGH Events builds the full production: truss lighting rigs around the floor, moving heads and beam effects, haze, LED screens for branding and walk-on graphics, PA stacks sized to the venue, and a DJ booth running music through the night. Table lighting and room styling can sit alongside it for black-tie dinner shows.
Work has included fight nights at Vale Sports Arena in Cardiff, and full black-tie dinner-show productions with ringside tables, lit walk-on ramps and LED screen walls. Setup, live operation and pack-down are handled by the same team.
